1. Service
WRIT Sentinel ("the App") helps Shopify merchants track B2B buyer licenses, monitor expiry, map restricted products to required license types, and audit orders for compliance. The App is provided on an "as is" basis and is a compliance aid, not legal advice.
2. Plans & billing
A Free plan supports a limited number of companies. The Pro plan (with a 14-day free trial) removes limits at $49/mo. Billing is handled by Shopify and is subject to Shopify's billing terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the App in compliance with Shopify's terms and applicable law. You are responsible for the accuracy of license records you enter and for your own regulatory obligations.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for orders that complete due to misconfiguration, third-party outages, or order paths outside the App's control.
5. Termination
You may uninstall the App at any time; doing so cancels billing and triggers deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy.
