How do I install WRIT Sentinel?
Install it from the Shopify App Store, then open the app from your Shopify admin. On first launch we'll walk you through creating license types and your first product rule. Need a hand? Email support@worqflow.org.
Where do I add a company's license?
Open the app in your admin, go to the company record, and attach the license type, document, and expiry date. The company's compliance state updates automatically once the license is on file.
Why was an order flagged?
An order is flagged when it contains a restricted product whose rule requires a license the buying company doesn't currently hold (or whose license has expired). Open the order on your worklist to see exactly which rule and license applied.
How do I cancel or uninstall?
Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin at any time. Uninstalling cancels billing and triggers deletion of your store data per our Privacy Policy.
Do you offer onboarding for larger catalogs?
Yes. If you have a large catalog or many license types, email us and we'll help you plan the rollout and, where useful, bulk-configure rules.
